Ronen called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving (right on time), then rekeyed two of my locks quickly and easily. To make his life more difficult, I didn’t even have one of the keys with me (electronic lock and I had misplaced the original key), but Ronen still made quick work of it. He was polite, happy to help, and worked easily around the recovering foster dog and 4-year-old throwing a tantrum. We will definitely use this group again.

I showed up at 10:00 am on a Sunday and walked away with my new car key in about 20 minutes. The cost was may be 1/3 of what a dealer charges and much lower than even ACE hardware which was my go to place for these kind of things. Total cost $125 unbeatable and I got five quotes.

Ronnie was awesome, as was his wife who I corresponding with. I needed a lock rekeyed and not only was the cost far less than others (significantly less, which was shocking because others quoted me hundreds of dollars) but he was in and out in maybe 20-30 minutes. No complaints here, and I’ll definitely keep them in mind if need be.

Yesterday was my second encounter with Ronen. Two years ago, I found him on Yelp, and had him cut and program two new keys for my 2006 Honda. I purchased them off of Amazon, as the cost at the dealership at the time was $175/key. He did a terrific job, and I walked away with two new keys for much less than the cost of one. Fast forward to yesterday–he reprogrammed the valet key, which I had neglected the last time, and replaced a battery in another key. This left me where I was 17 years ago when I walked out of the dealership, with three perfectly operating keys at a phenomenally low price (I think he did me a favor!) Any lock or key problem I have in the future, I know who to call–Ronen!

I would like to say this is my first experience at something like this. First, the price is less than have the dealership. Second, fast, easy, professional, and very honest. Third, he was done cutting the key and programming the door locks, trunk, panic button, and etc within 10 minutes. Finally, I would highly recommend him and his company in any future issues relating to locks. Thanks so much.

Had one key coded to the car and another made on the spot in a matter of minutes. Customer service was some of the best I have had in a long time. Very nice company and easy to work with. My experience made me feel like I was part of their family. I had a serious dilemma in August when I went on vacation in Barcelona and forgot an essential part of my trip back in my home in Fairfax — the keys to the Spanish apartment where I was staying. Ronnie was so polite and was empathic to my request. Instead of just writing off my problem and saying, “that’s not something we can do,” he figured out how to get me my keys. After verifying that I did live in my house and had the authority to ask him to pick the lock on my apartment door, he went in, got the Spanish apartment keys, and then took them to FedEx to overnight them to me! He really went above and beyond his standard requests to make sure that I was taken care of.
